if you don’t have a life coach, you will want one after meeting chel. and you’ll want it to be her! i’m already talking to my husband about making this happen for me. chel is a dynamic presence. and today she gave us some incredible, practical ways to change our lives. my very favorite quote from her today was this, “quite honestly, i don’t have time to have friends who are not honest.” boom! this speaks to my heart. it’s time to get honest, to be who you were created to be and to get on with living your life for God’s kingdom. i don’t have time for anything else and the way i get to that is by being honest, saying “no” to anything that gets in the way of what God has for me to do, and surround myself with other like-minded women doing the same. she taught us about standing as warrior women for our husbands, our families, our country, our places, our jobs. our whole identity as a woman is beautiful and created by a great God who sees you and loves you. she asked us if we are living intentionally. she asked us to rate ourselves from 1-5 on a few questions, daily, to keep track of our progress. an example is “i lived intentionally today 1 2 3 4 5”, and “i managed my physical and mental energy well today 1 2 3 4 5” and a personal favorite, “i shared my real self, my real thoughts, and real feelings today 1 2 3 4 5”. what great questions! she gave us so much more and preached right to our hearts. powerful time of learning. i encourage you to go follow her and meet with her in person to determine if you need a life coach in your life! i absolutely know you will benefit from her coaching!
